  POLAQUA 103
Water Based Primer
Polaqua 103 is an extrusion, lamination and printing primer for use on a wide variety of accepting substrates. It exhibits excellent great and oil resistant bond strengths with only minute application levels. Application should be proportionate to one undiluted gallon of Polaqua 103 for 20 to 30 reams (60,000 to 90,000 Ft²) of substrate.

Polaqua 103 may be used as supplied or diluted with water up to 1 part Polaqua 103 to 1 part water, A water/isopropyl alcohol combination may be used in place of water for better wet-out and faster drying.

Polaqua 103 should be applied to the substrate and dried. The extrudate lamination or printing inks will then rigorously bond to the primed surface. The substrate may be primed and rewound for subsequent use at a later date up to 90 days with no blocking or reduction in bond strengths.
