| NOPCO
223 is a powerful foarn control agent with excellent
carry-through properties. Effective, versatile and
silicone-free, this product functions as an antifoamer
and defoamer in all types of aqueous coatings. NOPCO
267-A is readily dispersible, devoid of spotting characteristics
and is effective on all types of paper and paperboard
coaters. |

APPLICATION
NOPCO 223 should be properly dispersed in the
coating to prevent problems with fisheyes or spotting.
Application rates will vary according to coating formulation
but normally 0.1 to 0.3% on dry pigment is sufficient. |

PACKAGING,
STORAGE AND HANDLING
Under
prolonged storage of NOPCO 223, some slight
sedimentation may occur so the product should be stirred
before use.
The perforrnance of NOPCO 223 is not affected
by frost. It the product is exposed to temperatures
below OOC it should be warmed to room temperature
and mixed thoroughly.
In hot climates, the product should be stored in the
shade and, preferably, inside a building |
