NOPCO NM-305 is a powerful non-silicone anti foam and defoarner for all pigmented coatings and dispersions. It is based on hydrophobic particles and fatty acid derivatives in paraffinic hydrocarbons.

NOPCO NM-305 is a 100% active product, which can be made down to a stock emulsion.

APPLICATION

In pigmented-based coatings, NOPCO NM-305 should be added to the pigment slum. Later addition of NOPCO NM-305 can be done with care and preferably with pre-emulsified product (in 3 - 4 parts of water). For best results with NOPCO NM-305 in coating colours it is important to add the defoamer as early as possible.

Normal addition of NOPCO NM-305 is 0.1 - 0.5% or lower. Due to possible side e"cts, addition should not exceed 1%.

NOPCO NM-305 complies with Bgvv recommendation XXXVI, maximum 0. 1 % in final prodct.

PACKAGING, STORAGE AND HANDLING

NOPCO NM-305 should be stored at room temperatures. Exposure to cold temperature will cause the viscosity to increase. NOPCO NM-305 should then be warned to 40 degree C thoroughly mixed before use.

In hot climates, the product should be stored in the shade and, preferably, inside a building.
