Results
of gloss measurements (micro-tri-gloss,BYK-Gardener) at the OPV without
any addition of wax additive, using 3,15% typical wax emulsion of
a competitor, using 2,4% ULTRALUBE E-842 N and using 1,4% ULTRALUBE
MD-2000 (dosage levels calculated as solids in the final formulation). |
| Product description |
ULTRALUBE
E-842 N and ULTRALUBE MD-2000 are water based wax additives
in order to increase the abrasion resistance as well as the
mar and scuff reisistance, the slip and the anitblocking behaviour
of water based OPV-formulations at high degree of gloss. These
was additives can be easily incorporated into the complete OPV-formulation
by addition under stirring |
